embe Store Policies

Payment

embe accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal , money orders and checks ($25 will be assessed for any returned checks). We will process your order once payment is received/check is cleared.

**NOTE: Your purchase/transaction will be made on embe’s page on Etsy**

Shipping

embe ships your items via USPS First Class 5-10 business days after you put in your order (as some items may require personalization). For made-to-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be made before it is shipped.

US and Canada shipping costs are $5. For international orders, shipping costs range between $15-$20. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine costs.

If you need expedited shipping, please let us know and we’ll adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Personalization

If you would like to personalize an item by having a child’s name or initials embroidered, knitted or sewn onto a gift, please allow an extra 3-5 days for shipping (extra charges may apply). NOTE: Personalized items cannot be returned, sorry!

Return Policy

embe accepts returns for items that do not require any personalization/customization (you will be responsible for costs associated with shipping the item back). Please email us within 5 days of purchase if you need to return an item.
