Payment

embe accepts the following forms of payment:

• PayPal
• Credit cards (through paypal)

We will process your order once payment is received.

Shipping

• embe ships your items via USPS First Class 5-10 business days after you put in your order (as some items may require personalization). For made-to-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be made before it is shipped.
• US and Canada shipping costs are $5. For international orders, shipping costs range between $15-$20. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine costs.
• If you need expedited shipping, please let us know and we’ll adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Personalization

If you would like to personalize an item by having a child’s name or initials embroidered, knitted or sewn onto a gift, please allow an extra 3-5 days for shipping (extra charges may apply). NOTE: Personalized items cannot be returned, sorry!

Return Policy

embe accepts returns for items that do not require any personalization/customization (you will be responsible for costs associated with shipping the item back). Please email us within 5 days of purchase if you need to return an item.
